Starting in 2010, Diana served as the firm’s Chief Executive Partner for two years, working with the firm’s leadership and staff to transform the culture and build a strong platform for growth. Prior to joining New Profit, Diana served as a partner and thought leader at the Monitor Group, a global management consultancy, and she is co-founder of Action Design, a firm that specializes in professional and organizational learning.
